Telesales Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products or services, generating sales, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products and services clearly and answer customer questions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (freshers may apply if applicable).




- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
- Good listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English and local language(s) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Crystal Plaza, Opp. Soliatre Corporate Park, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai 400099.
Working Hours: 10am to 6.30pm.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
