Role Overview
As a Master Teacher for JEE Mains, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and delivering high-impact, engaging lessons, preparing students to excel in the Physics sections of the JEE Mains examination.
Key Responsibilities
- Live Teaching & Engagement: Deliver engaging and high-quality LIVE online/classroom sessions, breaking down complex JEE topics into simple concepts.
- Curriculum Development: Create comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and rigorous problem sets aligned with the latest JEE Mains exam patterns.
- Doubt Resolution: Provide proactive, real-time doubt-solving sessions during and after classes to ensure clear conceptual understanding.
- Student Assessment: Design and analyze mock tests, quizzes, and assessments to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Mentorship: Provide personalized mentorship to motivate students,
offering strategies for time management and exam preparation.
- Collaboration: Work with content and academic teams to continuously enhance teaching methodologies and curriculum content.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in teaching Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics specifically for JEE Mains/Advanced.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc) from a reputed institution (IITs/NITs preferred).
- Subject Expertise: Deep subject matter knowledge with an ability to solve advanced numerical problems and teach complex concepts.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills (English) with the ability to engage large groups of students effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using online teaching platforms, digital pens, and interactive whiteboards.
