- Generate sales through outbound/inbound calls to doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and pharmacies.
- Promote pharmaceutical products effectively to potential customers.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer database and sales records.
- Coordinate with field sales teams for customer support.
- Handle customer queries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and order processing.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
