1. Requirement Elicitation: Gather, analyze, and document clear business and technical requirements from stakeholders for core general insurance systems, including policy administration, claims, finance & reports.
2. Process Mapping: Define system requirements for auto rating engines, automated underwriting rules, and claim processing workflows
3. System Integration: Collaborate closely with IT developers and QA teams to translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration of insurance platforms and digital portals.
4. Testing & Validation: Define testing strategies, create comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios,
and lead business users through execution to validate system delivery against business goals.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all technology solutions and business workflows comply with current statutory insurance regulations, data privacy laws, and corporate governance standards.
6. Minimum 4 year of General Insurance domain experience with exposure to Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Finance & daily operation report modules.
7. 1 or 2 client implementation expierience as an BA will be an added advantage.
8. Valuable Communication skill.
