Core Responsibilities

- Schedule Development: Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and logic-driven schedules using software like Oracle Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Resource Management: Estimate labor, material, and equipment requirements, mapping out costs and cash flow.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly site performance to capture data and identify potential bottlenecks or schedule slippages before they occur.
- Reporting:



Compile Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and client progress dashboards.
- Risk Management: Conduct feasibility studies, compare risk-reward ratios, and advise stakeholders on mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and site supervisors to maintain alignment.
