- Represent Company and explain our services and their perks to clients and stakeholders.
- Understand and assess client requirements and offer them suitable solutions to meet their sustainability objectives.
- Develop and execute business strategies to promote long-term relationship with client.
- Interact with marketing team to convert business strategies into business
- Travel across the sites/ region for developing for business and to complete the projects.
- Create effective partnership for repeat clients and market penetration.
- Mange the projects along with our internal technical teams for delivering the project milestones as per client requirements and timelines.
- Maintain strong relationship with client and ensuring client satisfaction and identifying future opportunities
- Knowledge of Design, Construction, Commissioning and Operations of various Building types like commercial, Residential, Hospitals, Factories etc.
- Should preferably be an IGBC AP/LEED AP/ GRIHA AP/ BEE Energy Auditor/ Manager or any associated Green/ Energy Credentials.
- Knowledge of CAD and other Project Management Tools would be added advantage.
