About the Role

The Skin Art is looking for an experienced and patient-focused Staff Nurse to assist our Consultant Dermatologist in delivering world-class aesthetic and dermatological treatments. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a dermatology, cosmetic setup and be confident in assisting during procedures while ensuring exceptional patient care and maintaining strict clinical hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Dermatologist during aesthetic and dermatological procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, consumables and instruments prior to every procedure.
- Assist during treatments including:
- Laser procedures
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- PRP procedures
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Injectable procedures (Botox & Fillers)
- Minor dermatological procedures
- Ensure all instruments are sterilized and infection control protocols are followed.
- Prepare patients before procedures and explain basic pre- and post-treatment instructions.
- Monitor patients during and immediately after treatments.
- Maintain patient treatment records and nursing documentation.
- Manage clinical inventory including consumables, medicines and treatment supplies.
- Coordinate with doctors and front office for smooth patient flow.
- Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized and ready throughout the day.




- Handle emergency situations calmly and provide basic life support if required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold qualified ethics at all times.
- Support the doctor in delivering a premium patient experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing Council registration.
- 2–5 years of experience in a Dermatology, Cosmetic or Aesthetic Clinic is preferred.
- Experience assisting in aesthetic procedures will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques, sterilization and infection control.
- Good communication and patient counselling skills.
- Well-groomed, courteous and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Willingness to learn advanced dermatology and aesthetic procedures.
