The project:

This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Lead planning and regulation applications, ensuring compliance and quality delivery.
- Drive process improvement, embedding smarter ways of working across projects.
- Foster stakeholder relationships, enabling collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage design outputs, guiding deliverables through direct reports and aligning with contractual requirements.
- Collaborate across disciplines, engaging in workshops and meetings to shape integrated solutions.




- Champion net zero, proactively managing carbon impacts and supporting sustainable delivery.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in the relevant field.
