Hiring Senior Server / Floor Manager – Hola, Fontainhas (Panjim)

Hola, a restaurant located in Fontainhas, Panjim, is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Server / Floor Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily floor operations Handle the floor during service and ensure smooth workflow between the kitchen, bar, and service team

Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints or grievances professionally Manage and coordinate service staff during shifts

Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction Train, guide, and mentor service staff when required

Maintain cleanliness, service standards, and team discipline

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or a supervisory role

Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle the floor confidently during busy service periods





Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally Well-groomed and presentable

Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented Immediate joining preferred

Job Details:

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Timings: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (break between lunch & dinner service)

Weekly Off: One day per week (to be discussed during the interview)
