Senior Insurance Analyst – U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance

We are looking for a Senior Insurance Analyst who can deliver precision, speed, and expertise while supporting U.S.-based insurance agencies.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and client support who are looking to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Audit insurance applications and policy documents for accuracy
- Manage policy and client data using systems such as HawkSoft, EZLynx, AMS360, Applied Epic, Vertafore, and similar agency management platforms
- Collaborate with U.S.-based teams and clients via email, chat, and phone calls
- Work across multiple commercial insurance lines including:




- General Liability (GL)
- Workers' Compensation
- Commercial Property
- Commercial Auto

Requirements

- 2–4+ years of experience in U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance (BPO/KPO/Back-office)
- Solid understanding of U.S. insurance workflows and agency management systems
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Based in Pune or willing to relocate

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
