HRBP for tech and non tech teams

Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support business objectives

• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management 2 • Translate business strategies into effective HR initiatives • Support end-to-end talent lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, development, and retention • Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning • Coach managers on employee performance, feedback, and development • Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution • Analyze engagement survey results and drive action plans • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
