We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with PCD Pharma distributors, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads for PCD Pharma Franchise business.
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Explain company products, franchise benefits, and promotional offers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and franchise partners.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in Pharma Sales or PCD Pharma (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
