Job Purpose

? Work with all stakeholders of the project for Project Pre-costing, Cost Estimation, Monitoring & Control of budget during project execution & After Project closeout
? Monitoring & Tracking Budget actual and Variance data
? Maintaining Historical Project data for cost comparison over the time
? Project cost estimation at Conceptual stage, Project Initiation stage, Project execution & Project commissioning stage
? Project cost monitoring on Procurement & Services
? Budget Monitoring in SAP
? Monitoring the status of the project procurement and communicate the relevant information to stakeholders.
? Responsible for assigned project from the initial development. This will require meetings with users to fully determine their needs & fulfilling the same.
? Conducts project review meetings & identify the issues that come up and plan countermeasures.




? Monthly & Weekly MIS of all Projects Cost Budget and actual cost variance to the project team and stakeholders
? Responsible for overall monitoring of Project Budget control.
? Ability to handle cash flow management

B.E./B. Tech (Chemicals/Mechanical)

? Working knowledge of Project & SAP ? Ability to communicate across different functions. ? Ability to prioritize and align people towards project activities. ? Valuable negotiation and analytical skills. ? Meticulous in documentation. ? Ready to travel
