Role Overview

We are looking for Territory Sales Managers who can develop recent B2B customers and increase steel sales in their assigned territory.

This is a performance-driven field sales role where your earning potential grows with the business you generate.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B customers including fabricators, contractors, engineering companies, and builders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly steel sales targets
- Develop long-term relationships with buyers
- Track market demand and competitor pricing
- Regular field visits to industrial areas and construction markets
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into orders

Who Should Apply

We are looking for candidates who:





- Have 2–8 years of experience in B2B sales (steel, construction materials, industrial products preferred)
- Are comfortable with field sales and customer visits
- Are target driven and performance oriented
- Have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Are motivated to grow their income through incentives

Freshers with strong sales attitude may also be considered.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,034.17 - ₹20,000.00 per month
