Role description
Job Title: Senior Associate - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
The Financial Planning & Analysis team works closely with top level management as well as Service Line’s Leaders within the firm’s other core functions to provide consistent and collaborative support and data analysis. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to support multiple leaders simultaneously.
- Collaborate with top-level management and Service Line Leaders to provide data analysis and support.
- Prepare budgets, forecast and financial plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Preparation and presentation of financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Ensure accurate financial analysis, variance analysis and KPI’s.
- Must possess a strong understanding of business operations and ability to align operations with business goals.
- Proficient experience on advanced excel and Power BI reporting.
- Hands on experience in Power BI and DAX formula’s (Must have created dashboards)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple assignments, projects, and responsibilities simultaneously producing accurate, timely results.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
- Communicate well with all levels of qualified team.
- Ability to anticipate potential obstacles, take proactive steps to avoid them and complete projects accurately and timely.
- Provide highest quality work product; demonstrate detail-oriented focus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed.
- Must have a “client service” mind set and understand our business from the perspective of both a practitioner and business operator.
Skills
Qualification and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge in financial Analytics, accounting, Budgeting, variance analysis, forecast analysis.
- Power BI, power queries and power automate.
