Job Title: Research Assistant – Hotels & Sports Infrastructure

Location: On-site only

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Research Assistant to identify and research upcoming hotel projects, resorts, sports complexes, and playing courts across assigned regions. The role involves collecting project information, tracking construction and development activities, identifying decision-makers, and maintaining an accurate project database to support business development and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Research upcoming hotel, resort, and hospitality projects through online sources, news portals, government approvals, and industry databases.
- Identify new sports infrastructure projects, including badminton, pickleball, tennis, football, cricket, padel, and multi-sports courts.
- Track projects from planning, construction, and pre-opening stages.
- Collect project details such as:
- Project name
- Location
- Developer/Owner
- Architect/Consultant
- Contractor
- Expected completion date
- Contact information of key stakeholders
- Maintain and update project databases in Excel or CRM.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recent project opportunities.
- Monitor hospitality and sports infrastructure trends and competitor activities.
- Verify project information through secondary research and direct outreach where required.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams to provide qualified leads.

Required Skills

- Strong internet research and information gathering skills
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets




- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to analyze multiple information sources
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Maps, and public databases
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in market research, lead generation, or business research
- Experience researching real estate, hospitality, construction, or sports infrastructure projects is preferred
