One must have theoretical & practical knowledge about trending styles in the market, different techniques to do nail extensions, gel polish, nail art, 3D nail art, etc. Nail instructors should have valuable communication skills.

Job responsibilities

Understanding the client’s needs and expectations to perform a –

- Understanding the client’s needs and expectations for nail services.
- Providing practical and theoretical training to students in various nail courses.
- Team handling and management within the nail department.




- Daily reporting on nail services and student progress.
- Conducting periodic technical evaluations of nail staff.
- Conducting interviews when hiring nail technicians.
- Visiting different branches across India to analyze nail services.
- Coordinating with external training coordinators for nail courses.
- Researching new nail products and techniques in the market.
- Providing resolutions to any client issues related to nail services at the salons.

Eligibility – Any person having 5 years + as a hairstylist.
