Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Retail Real Estate Sales & Business Development qualified to drive retail leasing and outright sales. The role involves client acquisition, retail space advisory, negotiations, transaction management, and building strong relationships with retailers, brands, developers, investors, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities for retail leasing and outright sales.
- Identify and acquire retailers, brands, investors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Manage negotiations and close retail leasing and sale transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, landlords,



brands, and channel partners.
- Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Track retail market trends, inventory, and competitor activities.
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in retail real estate sales, retail leasing, or outright sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of retail properties, leasing processes, and market dynamics.
- Target-oriented with proven business development capabilities.
