We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a leading private sector bank on direct bank payroll. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a long-term career in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions professionally in a blended process.
- Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service or BPO.
