Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Engineer to join our team at Ourika Estates, Noida. The candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, vendor billing, quantity verification, cost control, and coordination with site and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of real estate construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation, review, and management of contractor agreements and work orders.
- Handling contractor billing, verification of quantities, and certification of bills.
- Preparation and evaluation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Rate analysis and cost estimation for civil and finishing works.
- Coordination with procurement, project, and finance teams for contract execution and payments.
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring budget compliance.
- Maintaining records of contracts, amendments, and payment schedules.
- Reviewing variations, extra items, and claims raised by contractors/vendors.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and project timelines.
- Assisting in tendering processes and vendor finalisation.
- Preparation of MIS reports related to contracts and billing activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and billing processes.
- Understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, estimation, and cost control.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP/Billing Software.
- Good negotiation and analytical skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate construction practices and project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in the real estate/construction industry.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential/group housing projects/commercial preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and project deadlines efficiently.
- Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
