Primary Responsibilities.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other departments for smooth communication.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and marketing documents.
- Track and follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and project requirements.
- Maintain and update customer, dealer, and project databases.
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and suppliers for marketing materials.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports, MIS, and data analysis.
- Handle sample requests, product information, and marketing collateral distribution.
- Monitor lead generation activities and maintain records.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, events, dealer meets, and product launches.
- Ensure timely coordination between field staff,



customers, and the corporate office.
- Perform administrative and documentation tasks related to marketing operations.
- Follow up on pending approvals, dispatches, and customer requirements.
- Support digital marketing activities and social media coordination, if required.
- Handle any other marketing coordination activities assigned by management.

Preferred Candidate profile

- 2+ Years experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
