- Primary Responsibility
- Assessment of current contractors for execution jobs and maintain contractors’ records.
- Organise offers from labour contractors and assist BU head to finalise orders for Construction.
- Preparation of procurement plan in coordination with Procurement department, timely delivery of materials at site, preparation of invoice and collection
- Visit to sites and support to site personnel for smooth execution of projects including co-ordination with branches.
- Review of site progress with respect to targeted dates, take corrective premature action in consultation with BU Head
- Organize progress review meeting with HOD and other Segment Head (design, tendering, procurement) and take required action to complete the project within the agreed time schedule.
- Preparation of budget in consultation with Procurement and HOD and to review periodically to ensure completion of project within the budgeted cost
- Secondary Responsibility
- Follow up with customers/branches/site personnel for payments
- Review and obtaining approval of drawings etc from customers. contractor working at project sites
- Assist site personnel in sorting out disposal action on customer complaints
- Preparation of purchase requisition for capital items such as vehicles.
