We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our Distribution Board (DB) manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and ensuring the quality of electrical distribution boards in accordance with engineering drawings, safety standards, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble electrical distribution boards (DBs), panel boards, and related electrical components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Install MCBs, MCCBs, RCCBs, busbars, terminals, relays, contactors, and other panel components.
- Perform wiring, crimping, cable routing, labeling, and termination.
- Conduct electrical continuity and functional testing before dispatch.
- Ensure all products comply with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Identify and report manufacturing defects or material shortages.
- Maintain tools,



equipment, and workstations in good condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Stores, and Engineering teams for smooth production.
- Complete production documentation and daily work reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications:

- ITI (Electrician/Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical panel or DB manufacturing preferred.
- Fresh candidates with relevant technical training may also apply.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
