Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of VMC machining activities.

Plan and allocate work to VMC machine operators based on production schedules.

Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

Monitor machine performance, productivity, and utilization.

Verify machine setup, tooling, fixtures, and CNC programs before production.

Conduct first-off inspections and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with the Quality department to resolve machining-related quality issues.

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and report machine breakdowns promptly.

Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and coordination with maintenance.

Monitor tool life and ensure timely replacement of cutting tools.





Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection reports, and machine performance data.

Train and guide VMC operators on machining processes, quality requirements, and safety practices.

Implement and monitor 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Coordinate with Planning, Tool Room, Maintenance, and Quality departments for smooth production.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
