The person will be responsible for generating qualified leads through calls, emails, and online research to support the sales team. His/Her work will involve maintaining lead databases and ensuring consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.

Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns,
and online research across target markets. Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team. Maintaining and updating the lead database (CRM) with accurate information and ensuring timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is preferred.
- Good understanding of lead generation tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good internet research and data collection skills.
- Positive attitude with solid follow-up and organizational skills.
