- Stitch, alter, and repair staff uniforms as per department requirements
- Take accurate measurements of employees for uniform fitting
- Maintain uniform quality, neatness, and standard appearance
- Repair damaged uniforms (hemming, button replacement, zipper fixing, etc.)
- Coordinate with Housekeeping / HR for uniform issue and replacement
- Maintain tailoring tools, machines, and work area
- Keep basic records of uniform alterations and issues
- Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel grooming standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tailor, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of stitching, alteration, and fabric handling
- Ability to operate sewing machines and hand-stitching tools
- Attention to detail and quality finishing
- Ability to work independently and meet timelines
- Physically fit for standing and repetitive work
