Responsibilities

- At least 4+ years hands-on experience in relevant industry experience
- Installation of operating systems like ubuntu/windows etc.
- Domain joining the system .
- creating user/group and attaching different levels of permission(admin)
- Partitioning and merging of hard drive .
- Enabling bit locker, backing up recovery key and retrieving them when user requests for it.
- Updating the firm ware of BIOS/TPM etc.
- Troubleshooting onedrive sync issues.
- Trouble shooting issues related to system like , system is too slow , system is shutting down intermittently .
- Trouble shooting issues related to office 365 .
- Installing and configuring office 365(Outlook ,word. EXEL etc)
- Installation and configuration of teamviewer/anydesk.
- Interaction with customer care of vendors like DELL/lenovo/HP to trouble shoot issues and if necessary getting the hardware replaced.
- Make sure patches are up to date on all systems.
- Resetting local user/admin password on system.
- Configuration/trouble shooting of LAN .




- Configuration/trouble shooting of router/wifi.
- Installation/configuration of endpoint protections like sohpos/cisco etc.
- Replacement of RAM/hardisk on the system.
- Implements warranty and support activities
- Plans and implements system automation as required for better efficiency
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Knowledge of Installation and configuration of firewall and switches a bonus
