Formex Tech Solutions is a structural engineering company providing Rebar Detailing, Rebar Estimation, Structural Drafting, BIM Modeling, and Construction Engineering Services to clients across the USA and Canada.

Job Responsibilities

- Learn and prepare Rebar Shop Drawings.
- Read and interpret Structural & Architectural Drawings.
- Perform Rebar Quantity Estimation and Bar Bending Schedules.
- Work with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams.
- Deliver projects while maintaining quality and client standards.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
- 2025, 2026
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.

Work Location

Guntur, Andhra Pradesh (On-site)

Training & Salary

- Training Period: 6 Months




- Stipend During Training: ₹12,000/- per month
- After successful completion of training, salary will be revised to ₹15,000/- to ₹18,000/- per month based on performance.
- Annual salary revisions thereafter as per company policy.

Service Agreement

Selected candidates must sign a 2-year Service Agreement. The terms and conditions of the agreement will apply in case of early resignation.
