Job Summary

Responsible for handling network operations, incident management, and ensuring SLA-driven delivery for LAN/WAN environments. Key Responsibilities Handle tickets / service requests in SLA timelines Perform troubleshooting of network issues (LAN/WAN environments) Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents Ensure adherence to defined processes and operational guidelines Support installation, configuration, and migration activities Maintain maximum uptime as per SLA commitments Mentor and support junior team members [Network_L2 | Word] Additional Enrichment (from internal JDs & demand mails) To make it more complete and ready for hiring, typical expectations also include: Technical Skills Routing & Switching (Cisco) LAN / WAN / WLAN troubleshooting Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP VLAN, STP, ACL, NAT SD-WAN (preferred) Firewall basics (Cisco / Palo Alto) Operational Scope Work in 24x7 / shift environment (if applicable) Follow ITIL practices (Incident / Change / Problem management) Work with global teams & vendors [Immediate...da/Chennai | Outlook], [Network Da...equirement | Outlook] Typical Qualification 4–7 years in Network Data domain Certification: CCNA (mandatory), CCNP (preferred) Experience in enterprise network support (NOC / Operations)
