Position Overview:The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of sports infrastructure projects, including football turf and badminton court installations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in structural works and flooring systems, and a keen understanding of project management within the sports construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead project teams through all phases of sports infrastructure construction, from design to delivery.

 Coordinate with architects, engineers, and Estimation to ensure structural integrity and quality flooring installation for football turfs and badminton courts.

 Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve. timely and cost-effective completion.

 Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory standards, and client specifications.

 Manage communication between stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.





 Lead project teams through all phases of sports infrastructure construction, from design to delivery, and be responsible for decision-making and finalising the appropriate structural design in accordance with project requirements. Required Knowledge & Skills

 In-depth knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles relevant to sports facilities.

 Expertise in various flooring materials and installation methods for synthetic turf and indoor courts.

 Strong project management skills with proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment tools.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

 Minimum 3-5 years’ experience managing sports infrastructure or similar construction projects.

Work Location

Based in calicut, with occasional travel to project sites as required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
