Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Generative AI and Data Science professional to lead the design and development of AI-driven solutions. The candidate should have strong experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Data Science, and GCP technologies. The role involves solution design, stakeholder communication, technical leadership, and delivery of scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, RAG, and Vector Databases.
Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and support proposal and solutioning activities.
Build and deploy AI models in production environments.
Work on AI solution scalability, performance, and reliability.
Guide teams in implementing solutions using Python, FastAPI, Flask, SQL, and JavaScript.




Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and Data Science technologies.
Mentor team members and drive best practices across projects.
Ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives from design to deployment.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience working with Agentic AI frameworks.
Strong knowledge of NLP, text analytics, and vector databases.
Experience with GCP services, preferably Vertex AI.
Knowledge of API development, security, and authentication.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and Serverless Architecture.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, SQL, and JavaScript.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI Search and Vector Database technologies.
Exposure to AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale implementations.
Experience working on client-facing AI projects.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Note for Candidates
Candidates with strong hands-on experience in GenAI, Data Science, LLMs, Agentic AI Frameworks, RAG, and GCP/Vertex AI will be preferred.
