Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, structured, and execution-driven professional to manage end-to-end coordination for New Product Development (NPD) and procurement. This is a non-technical role focused on vendor coordination, follow-ups, negotiations, timeline tracking and seamless cross-functional alignment between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the single point of contact between internal technical teams and external manufacturers/packaging vendors.
- Ensure regular follow-ups for samples, design revisions, approvals and production milestones.
- Maintain and update all NPD and procurement trackers, documents and status sheets.
- Lead commercial discussions involving pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to finalize costs within approved budgets and margin expectations.
- Maintain an organized vendor database and track vendor performance metrics.
- Provide consistent progress updates to leadership and escalate delays or risks proactively.




- Ensure smooth transition from final approval to production, procurement, and dispatch.

Candidate Profile Experience

- 4–8 years of experience in coordination, procurement, vendor management, or supply chain.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, packaging, or manufacturing coordination is preferred.

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA or Diploma in Operations / Supply Chain is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
