Job Role - Marketing Executive

Qualification - MBA Marketing (Dental or Medical field preferred)

Experience- 1-3+yrs

Location - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, coordinate, and execute dental and medical camps in schools, colleges, corporate offices, residential communities, and organizations.
- Build relationships with HR teams, educational institutions, NGOs, local businesses, and community groups to secure camp opportunities.
- Generate patient leads through camps, field marketing, referrals, and promotional activities.




- Promote the clinic's services and create awareness about oral healthcare.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth camp operations.
- Maintain records of camp attendees, patient conversions, and follow-up activities.
- Develop partnerships with local organizations to increase brand visibility.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly targets for camp bookings and patient acquisition.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports to management.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related Dental or Medical field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in dental clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare organizations.
- Proven experience in organizing dental or medical camps will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
