Sales Coordination

Primary and secondary sales Analysis of SE's and Distributors with the help of sales coordinators Daily, Weekly and Monthly

Monitor sales team attendance, tour plan, TA and DA verification etc.

Control over pre and post sales activities.

Ensure timely credit notes in coordination with Finance

implement sales return plans to minimize revenue loss and inventory impact

Effective backend co-ordination of sales team in the FMCG sector

Requirements of sales team should be addressed on time in consultation with HR team.

Capable of developing, counselling and mentoring all manpower related (sales) on a timely and proactive manner.

SUPPLY CHAIN (LOGISTICS)

Administration of stock return from Market in coordination with Finance, Sales, Logistics and Factory team.

Coordinate all logistics activities are efficient and ensure all orders are dispatched on time.





Handling of all customer complaints on time in coordination with Factory QC Manager.

SALES FINANCE.

Administration of all sales related finance activities.

Monitor all schemes are efficiently operating and are within the budgeted spends only.

Monitor all sales receivables are received on agreed time.

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Deviation should not be allowed, without the approval of CFO/ED/MD

GENERAL

Analytical skill to collect and interpret data, coordination etc.

A team player with the high level of dedication

Any deviation from the above SOP's are highlighted to TOP Management on a high priority basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
