- District & Session Courts
- SDM / Tehsil Revenue Courts
- Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
- Commercial Court
- Consumer Forums / RERA / Tribunals
- Civil, Criminal, Property, and Recovery matters

We are now expanding our panel of experienced lawyers across PAN INDIA.

Role Overview:

You will be empaneled as a legal partner for assignment-based work (no fixed salary). Assignments may include:

- Case Filing and/or Arguments and/or Execution
- Cyber Crime defense cases and/or Filing n arguments
- Residential/Commercial building maintenance societies dispute resolution in Rajasthan
- SARFAESI Act Cases
- Bank Recovery Suit Filings
- Tribunal Representation
- Rent/Civil Disputes
- Criminal Appearances
- Any Other

Subject Expertise (Preferred):

- SARFAESI, DRT, Recovery




- Apartment Ownership / Society Act
- RERA Compliance
- Civil, Criminal, Tenancy Law
- Property Title, Possession, Seizure
- Cyber-crime, Cheque Bounce

Responsibilities:

- Appear in court/tribunals as per case assignment
- Draft notices, affidavits, complaints, appeals
- Represent company/bank clients in DRT/SDM/RERA matters
- Coordinate with local police, Tehsildar, DM/SDM
- Update internal team via email/WhatsApp
- Maintain integrity & client confidentiality

Eligibility:

- Must be a registered Advocate (Bar Council enrollment)
- 2–5+ years’ experience in litigation
- Independent practice with familiarity in local courts
- Own resources for filing & appearance
- Basic mobile/email communication for updates

Payment Model:

- Paid per case/task/appearance/drafting
- No fixed salary
- Monthly billing & task-wise reimbursement
