The Spare Parts Executive is responsible for managing the sale, storage, inventory, and timely availability of spare parts. The role ensures productive parts operations by supporting the service workshop and retail customers while maintaining accurate inventory records and delivering excellent customer service.

- Manage the receipt, storage, and issue of genuine Honda spare parts.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure parts availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Coordinate with the service department to meet daily workshop requirements.
- Process customer spare parts inquiries, quotations, and sales efficiently.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with authorized suppliers for timely procurement.
- Monitor stock movement and identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.




- Conduct regular stock verification and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock transactions.
- Ensure correct pricing, billing, and warranty procedures for spare parts.
- Handle customer complaints related to spare parts professionally and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and systematic organization of the spare parts store.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and Honda operational standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts management, preferably in an automobile dealership.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
