Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Thermal Service Sales professional with 1–2 years of experience to drive service revenue for thermal systems. The role involves promoting aftermarket services, AMC contracts, spare parts, and retrofit solutions to existing and new customers while ensuring strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of thermal service offerings , including:
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Spare parts & consumables sales
- Identify and develop service business opportunities in existing and new accounts
- Conduct site visits and equipment inspections to understand customer needs
- Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with maintenance teams, and procurement
- Achieve sales targets and service revenue goals
- Coordinate with internal teams (service engineers, operations, supply chain) for project execution
- Track customer equipment lifecycle to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales reports, and forecasts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in:
- Service sales / aftermarket sales
- Thermal systems (boilers, heat exchangers, chillers, HVAC, or similar)
- Basic understanding of thermal engineering concepts
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in industries such as HVAC or Industrial product AMC sales.
- Customer-facing experience in B2B industrial sales
