Role: RIC RAN Developer /Telecom Systems
Experience: 5-12 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in RIC RAN Development /Telecom systems and software development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C/C++ or Python programming, data structures, algorithms, and containerized application environments. You will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and deploying robust telecom solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in the telecom domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecom Systems Development:
o Design and implement software solutions for RAN (Radio Access Network)
and telecom systems.
o Collaborate with telecom architects to define system requirements and specifications.
2. Programming & Algorithm Optimization:
o Develop efficient and scalable code using C/C++ and Python.
o Apply advanced data structures and algorithms to optimize performance and resource utilization.
3. Containerized Application Management:
o Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using
Kubernetes and Docker.
o Ensure scalability and reliability of applications through container orchestration.
4. Networking & Security:
o Implement and optimize TCP socket programming for real-time telecom applications.
o Work on secure communication protocols such as IPSec for data encryption and integrity.
5. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
o Analyze, debug, and resolve software and system-level issues.
o Perform root cause analysis to improve system stability and reliability.
6. Collaboration & Documentation:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including telecom specialists, QA, and operations.
o Maintain clear documentation for designs, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in RAN/Telecom systems.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python programming.

Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms for building efficient solutions.
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker for containerized application development and deployment is good to have
- Proficiency in TCP socket programming for communication between networked systems is good to have
- Knowledge of IPSec for secure data transmission is valuable to have.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing telecom-specific applications or protocols.
- Knowledge of 5G RAN architecture and technologies.
- Familiarity with multi-threading, parallel programming, and real-time systems.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Certifications in Kubernetes, Docker, or networking protocols.
