- Develop, implement, and monitor hospital quality management systems and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, JCI, and other applicable healthcare quality standards.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external accreditation audits.
- Monitor quality indicators, patient safety goals, infection control practices, and clinical outcomes.
- Analyze quality data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure adherence to quality protocols and SOPs.
- Investigate patient complaints, incidents, and root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Organize quality training programs and awareness sessions for hospital staff.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
