Key Responsibilities

- Contact students and parents to provide information on courses, universities, and study abroad options
- Guide students toward the right country, course, and university based on their profile and career goals
- Provide detailed course information, eligibility criteria, and program recommendations
- Handle admissions and SOP preparation end-to-end
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and repeat referrals
- Stay updated with global education trends and university programs
- Achieve counselling, application, and enrolment conversion targets

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Study Abroad counselling or education sales
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to engage students and parents over calls or meetings
- Target-driven with a business-minded approach to counselling
- Ability to manage multiple student enquiries efficiently
