Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React/Next.js/Python/Django) - with AI/ML Knowledge

Experience: 3 - 4 years

Location: Bhubaneswar (Work From Office)

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience and a working knowledge of AI/ML to join our development team. The ideal candidate is comfortable across both the front end (React.js / Next.js) and the back end (Python / Django), passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications, and excited to work on features powered by machine learning. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, data/ML engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, efficient, and intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js
- Design, build, and maintain back-end services and REST APIs using Python and Django / Django REST Framework
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, scalable code
- Design and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and write efficient queries
- Integrate and consume RESTful APIs across the full stack
- Integrate AI/ML models and services into applications (e.g., model inference endpoints, third-party AI APIs)
- Optimise applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability
- Work with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG)
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues across the front end and back end
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience with React.js
- Strong proficiency in the Next.js framework
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and ES6+ concepts
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and SASS
- Proficiency in Python and the Django framework (including Django REST Framework)
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (model integration, working with APIs/libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
- Good understanding of Git version control
- Understanding of React core principles (hooks, state management, lifecycle methods)

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG)
- Experience integrating or deploying ML models into production applications
- Familiarity with data handling libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or PyTest
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
