Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and lead day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The role requires coordination across multiple office and operational locations.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across different departments such as operations, finance, and support functions
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely hiring against manpower requirements
- Oversee onboarding and induction of new employees

2. HR Operations & Compliance

- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/finance team
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
- Maintain and update HR policies and standard procedures

3. Performance Management & Learning

- Support goal setting and performance review processes




- Assist in identifying training and development needs
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

- Address employee concerns and support grievance resolution
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Encourage a positive and professional work environment

5. HR Reporting & MIS

- Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attrition, and hiring status
- Maintain accurate HR data and documentation

Required Skills

- Knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities

Qualification & Experience

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, including managerial exposure
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or multi-location operations will be an advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
