- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain products and services to customers and address their queries.
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve business targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the concerned department.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- possess excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Telugu and have prior telecalling experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
