This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing human resources initiatives. The HR Executive will work closely with departments to support the organization's workforce and ensure best practices in HR management are applied.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for recent hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Handle EPF, ESI, Professional Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate monthly statutory filings and remittances.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.




- Help manage employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace workplace.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
- MBA in HR or any equivalent qualification
