Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for International Holiday Packages such as Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Maldives, Vietnam, Singapore, Europe, Japan, and other destinations.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop and execute brand-building campaigns to increase online visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Create audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and conversion-focused strategies.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives and marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Perform competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Valuable understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Meta Pixel, and Search Console.
- Experience in audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Travel Industry (International Holiday Packages) is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
