Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to present, promote and demonstrate a wide range of beauty skin care range.

Technical Trainer responsibilities include demonstrate products that address clients’ needs, demonstrating ways to use skin care and providing product details like prices, ingredients and SOP. To be successful in this role, you should be a beauty expert, up-to-date with all the latest trends and able to offer exceptional customer service. Ultimately, you will help us meet sales goals through building long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Training & demonstration of all Natures Essence Professional Products for in-salon

- Explain product details, including ingredients, price application methods

- Market Visit along with sales team





- Conducting Beauty workshops & cluster to educate and generate business

- To address the technical issues by salon/parlour

- Open to travel in assigned state

Experience Required

- Have done Diploma/Degree in Cosmetology course from an institute

- 2-3 years of experience in the beauty industry

- Have basis computer knowledge

Skills Required

- Proven work experience as a technical trainer or similar role

- Valuable communication

- Presentation skills

- Selling skills for converting the customer into business

- Hands-on experience with facial & Wax application techniques

- Understanding of different skin types

- Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude

- Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus
