Responsible for designing the Pre-Primary curriculum and training teachers to deliver it effectively. This role bridges curriculum design and classroom execution to ensure high-quality early childhood education aligned with NEP 2020 and school vision.

- NEP 2020 Alignment: Ensure curriculum integrates play-based, inquiry, and foundational literacy/numeracy
- Induction Training :Train new Pre-Primary teachers on child development, pedagogy, and curriculum delivery.
- Ongoing Workshops: Conduct monthly training on classroom management, phonics, numeracy, storytelling, art, positive discipline.
- Demo & Modeling:*Take model classes to demonstrate best practices. Co-teach with current teachers as needed.
- Classroom Observation: Observe teachers weekly, give one-on-one feedback, and create action plans for improvement.
- Handholding: Support teachers with lesson plan execution, TLM usage, and parent communication.
- 1Monitoring: Audit lesson plan registers, student notebooks,



and displays to ensure curriculum fidelity.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate with NTT / Montessori / ECCEd / D.Ed / B.Ed / M.Ed preferred.
- Experience: Min 5+ years as Pre-Primary teacher + 2+ years in training/curriculum role.
- Must-Have: Strong knowledge of early childhood pedagogy, NEP 2020, phonics, and activity-based learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
