Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Resort Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury boutique resort. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage resort operations, lead departmental teams, and drive operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of the resort.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain luxury hospitality standards.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Maintenance departments.
- Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate the resort team.
- Manage budgets, revenue, occupancy, and P&L; performance.
- Ensure smooth operation of resort facilities and guest amenities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Front Office Manager, Operations Manager,



Assistant Resort Manager, or Resort Manager in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or 5-Star Resort.
- Candidates from brands such as Oberoi, Taj, ITC, Marriott, Hyatt, The Postcard Hotel, CGH Earth, Evolve Back, or similar luxury hospitality brands will be preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, guest relations, and operational management skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and financial reporting.
- Willingness to relocate to Anjarle, Maharashtra.
