Profile Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Executive with 1 years of experience in interior project execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential interior projects, preferably kids' room interiors, as well as commercial projects such as playschools and children's activity spaces. The role involves site surveys, measurements, project coordination, vendor management, quality monitoring, and ensuring smooth execution of interior projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Site Survey & Measurements

Conduct detailed site visits and site assessments.

Take accurate site measurements and prepare measurement reports.

Verify drawings against actual site conditions and highlight discrepancies.

Coordinate with design teams to ensure execution feasibility.

Project Execution & Coordination

Monitor day-to-day site activities and project progress.

Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, painters, electricians, fabricators, and vendors.

Ensure timely execution of work according to approved designs and specifications.

Follow project timelines and report progress to management.

Quality Control

Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections and identify corrective actions when required.

Verify materials delivered at site and ensure compliance with specifications.

Vendor & Client Coordination





Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material procurement and delivery.

Assist in managing client expectations during project execution.

Attend client meetings and provide project status updates when required.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain site records, progress reports, and measurement sheets.

Prepare daily and weekly project updates.

Track project milestones and report delays or challenges proactively.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure site activities comply with safety standards and company guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at project sites.

Preferred Experience

Experience in execution of Kids Room Interior Projects.

Experience in Play School, Learning Centre, or Child-Focused Commercial Interior Projects.

Familiarity with child-safe materials, ergonomic layouts, and educational space planning will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of interior execution processes.

Ability to read and interpret design drawings and working drawings.

Knowledge of site measurement techniques and BOQ preparation.

Familiarity with interior materials, finishes, furniture, and fabrication processes.

Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation tools.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites simultaneously.

Practical Site Operations Experience

Candidates must possess strong hands-on experience and practical training in interior site operations, including:

Site surveying and accurate site measurements.

Coordination and supervision of electrical works, including electrical layout execution and vendor coordination.

Coordination and supervision of carpentry, furniture installation, and custom joinery execution.

Understanding of interior finishing works, material installation, and on-site quality control.

Ability to identify site challenges and coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure timely resolution.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with formal industrial training, apprenticeship experience, or extensive practical exposure in interior site execution will be highly preferred.

Demonstrated experience in managing residential interior projects, particularly children's rooms, and commercial projects such as play schools.

Ability to independently handle site measurements, contractor coordination, execution monitoring, and project handover.

Candidate must be willing to travel to project sites within and outside the city, including other cities, as required for site surveys, project execution, coordination, and supervision activities.
