Position: Patient Care Associate
Location: Bannerghatta Road , Bangalore
Shift: Day Shift (Fixed Weekends Off)
Who We're Looking For:
- 3–12 months of experience in Healthcare, Clinical Support, Medical Claims, or as a Doctor's Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle inbound patient interactions professionally and efficientlyKey
Responsibilities:
✔ Provide exceptional support to patients through inbound calls
✔ Assist patients with queries and ensure timely resolution
✔ Maintain accurate documentation of interactions
✔ Deliver a seamless and compassionate customer experienceWhat
